You have to use it with a command line. Open command prompt/CMD in your computer while being in-game, and type ovl075 #. # should be the ID number of a user. You MUST be in spectator mode in order for this to work. Oh, and make sure you download it and have it in your Downloads folder before you do all of this. If it doesn't work, repost here.

To give an example, say I want to 1st person spectate Enari, and his ID is 32 in-game. I would type "ovl075 32". Without the quotation marks, of course.

The name specified is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. (I had it written in Polish, translated only.)

Edit: Ok, that work's. I put the file in system32, and i add the path to environment variables. Thanks.
